Owen Wilson And Pierce Brosnan Fight Their Way Out In The New Trailer For NO ESCAPE
It’s not everyday you see actor Owen Wilson in a picture this epic. Behind Enemy Lines (1999) was certainly a treat and with the virility of the latest trailer with Devil and As Above, So Below helmer, writer and director John Erick Dowdle‘s No Escape, it’s great to see Wilson in a story as riveting as this – a father who gets chucked at the deep end overseas in Asia while trying to protect his family amid gunfire and political upheaval. And with Pierce Brosnan too? Solid.
SYNOPSIS:
An intense international thriller, NO ESCAPE centers on an American businessman (Wilson) as he and his family settle into their new home in Southeast Asia. Suddenly finding themselves in the middle of a violent political uprising, they must frantically look for a safe escape as rebels mercilessly attack the city.
Lake Bell also stars from a script co-written by Drew Dowdle and is set to release on September 2 from The Weinstein Company. Watch the trailer below.
Native New Yorker. Been writing for a long time now, and I enjoy what I do. Be nice to me!

I have not seen such a great and intense movie in years, as a father of two myself, Owen's acting really take my breath away.
It also made me 'rethink' about the political storm that's been going on in the past decade (especially think back of the most recent 'umbrella revolution' when 'James Bond' said he felt down stair when he was in Hong Kong). Is US policy really what the American wants…? Something definitely worth to think about, especially for those like me who works oversea…
