Production is underway in Suffolk, U.K. for Ross Boyask’s sequel actioner, Vengeance 2. The film will see the return of Eliminators actor Stu Bennett in starring capacity once more and now with actor Vinnie Jones (Escape Plan) in villain form.
Set pics and teases are likely in bound beyond Friday when actress Katrina Durden’s first look got a brief spotlight on Instagram. The Doctor Strange, Amber, Street Fighter: Resurrection and Sky One/Cinemax series Strike Back actress ostensibly stars as the inexplicably “beautiful but deadly” Jen Quaid.
Penned by Boyask, Bennett covets the role of ex-special forces soldiers John Gold who is offered to bring nefarious rival Sean Teague (Jones) to justice alive against the recovery efforts of Teague’s own highly trained men, and an elusive assasin who wants Teague dead.
Mark Griffin returns to the role of Gold’s handler, Frost. Also starring are Sam Benjamin, actor Jean-Paul Ly, and actresses Phoebe Robinson-Galvin and Jennifer Lee Moon and actor Anderton Jacob with Bentley Kalu, JessicaJane Stafford, Greg Burridge, Joe Egan, and Law Plancel, Lee A. Charles, Tony Cook and Morgan James also starring.
Diane Shorthouse and John Adams are producing with Bennett serving as executive producer.
