WARHORSE ONE: Johnny Strong Fights To Protect A Child Behind Enemy Lines In The Official Trailer
Firstly broken by IGN, Well Go USA is proudly launching the official trailer for Warhorse One, the new independently-produced Afghan War thriller from directors William Kaufman and lead actor Johnny Strong. The film reteams the duo for a third time in the years since converging on the LA set of 2010 crime thriller, Sinners And Saints, followed by 2016 dystopian zombie actioner, Daylight’s End.
After a SEAL team helicopter is downed during a rescue mission in Afghanistan, the lone surviving operator must evade hostile insurgents and navigate rough terrain to guide the one living civilian—a traumatized child—to safety.
Warhorse One also stars Athena Durner, Raj Kala, James Sherrill and Siya Rostami. Well Go USA will release the film in select theaters on June 30, followed by On Demand, and digital from July 4.
