ATTACK ON PARADISE Debuts International Teaser Ahead Of Fantasia World Premiere!
After seven years in prison, Suleyman is released and determined to pick up his life again. During his incarceration, his home, the flat block ‘Paradise’, has been taken over by gangs and drug dealers. When the police decide to raid Paradise, Suleyman gets caught in the violence, with only one goal: to get back to his mother and get her to safety. Alongside rookie police officer Yasmine, Suleyman battles his way up, floor by floor.
That’s just a taste of the calamity that awaits anyone in line for the thirtieth edition of Fantasia International Film Festival as director Bob Colaers readies the World Premiere of his latest, Attack On Paradise. The festival notes on this one got my attention too, but the teaser now running online has peaked my curiosity in full. Cops raiding a tower block popping off with gun battles and hallway fights that look enticing are right up this critic’s alley.
Attack On Paradise stars Saïd Boumazoughe who also penned the flick with Sven Huybrechts and Salahdine Ibnou Kacemi. Clara Cleymans, Achmed Akkabi, Jamal Ben Saddik, and Imanuelle Grives also star.
