Tony Leung Chiu Wai, Andy Lau and Charlene Choi lead the way for writer and director Felix Chong’s new crime drama, The Goldfinger. Emperor Motion Pictures is out with an official trailer and poster as of Thursday along with a release date in China and Singapore on December 30.
In the 1980’s, a stock market crash causes the sudden collapse of a multi-billion-dollar company. Elite anti-corruption investigator Lau uncovers a criminal conspiracy involving the company founder Ching, who built the company from the ground up. Little does Lau know that he’s about to meet his match in a HK$200 million investigation that will entangle him for years to come.
