Lakeshore Entertainment Will Reboot UNDERWORLD

Eleven years doesn’t really seem too far  off when recalling actress Kate Beckinsale’s portrayal of a vampire warrioress in director Len Wiseman’s 2003 hit, Underworld, on top of its fourth installment, Underworld: Awakening, just two years ago. However, the franchise has had some success over the years, and there was once a time when a then-skeptic Beckinsale may have wanted to a return for a possible fifth addition to the Vampire V. Lycan war/romance saga. Nevertheless, Lakeshore Entertainment is ordering a complete revival of the franchise once again, with Priest scribe Cory Goodman providing the screenplay for the new reinterpretation of the sci-fi horror saga, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Take A Look At Actor Ed Skrein In New Set Video From TRANSPORTER: LEGACY!

In case you’ve been living under a rock, production is currently underway for Transporter: Legacy, the first in a new trilogy from producers Luc Besson and Mark Gao since their mid-Cannes deal announcement last year. Following the previous trilogy with action star Jason Statham, the new trilogy kicks off with new male lead, former Game Of Thrones actor Ed Skrein in a younger iteration of the franchise protagonist, ex-soldier, underworld courier and mercenary, Frank Martin who is forced to help four women with a heist in order to save his kidnapped father from Russian human traffickers. The New Trailer For RUROUNI KENSHIN: THE LEGEND ENDS Keeps The Flames Burning!

Director Keishi Otomo‘s second installment of the Rurouni Kenshin franchise, Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno, has had a stellar run between its film festival appearance in Montreal for Fantasia 2014, as well as in Japan where it sold over six-hundred thousand tickets on the weekend of August 1, becoming Japan’s biggest weekend opener of the year. The film is just now opening in the Philippines and there is no word yet on further releases if any, but Warner Bros has a new trailer for the forthcoming finale, Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends, which opens in Japan on September 13.
