It’s fair to say at this point that director Donovan Marsh’s new submarine war thriller, Hunter Killer, has seen quite its share of drama by now. The residual upheaval from the fallout at Relativity Media over bankruptcy in the last three years has since landed the film a new home at Summit Premiere with a theatrically release set for October 26. Deep under the Arctic Ocean, American submarine Captain Joe Glass (Gerard Butler, Olympus Has Fallen, 300) is on the hunt for a U.S. sub in distress when he discovers a secret Russian coup is in the offing, threatening to dismantle the world order.
