KUNDO: AGE OF THE RAMPANT Gets A North American Release Date!

To say that director Yoon Jong-bin’s latest Korean period action epic, Kundo: Age Of The Rampant, had a great opening weekend since last Friday would be quite an understatement. To date, the film has earned KRW23.4 billion, beating out How To Train Your Dragon 2 and Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes, while others like Transformers: Age Of Extinction and the Korean crime thriller, The Divine Move, stood their ground in the first six spots. The new trailer for Sin City 2: A Dame To Kill For, may very well be the sexiest trailer I have ever seen for any action movie as of late. Ever. Directed by Robert Rodriguez and original graphic novel author Frank Miller, the film made a splash at San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend promoting the sequel to 2005’s Sin City, and this week, the official SDCC red-band trailer has now gone viral. The network, founded by Hollywood filmmaker Robert Rodriguez, launched late last year with Univision, developing a slate of programming aimed at a multicultural audience, even so far as featuring an array of cult kung fu films. Well, neither is independent filmmaker and online action creator Darren Holmquist in his latest comedic action interlude, Not Another Parking Lot Fight, with performances by Leonard Zhang and Alex Tasy, and cinematography by Atom Phly Media’s own Frank Hernandez .
