KINGSMAN 2 Gets A Release Date!
Mark your calendars this week! The looming production of the upcoming sequel to this year’s Kingsman: The Secret Service is currently in bound with activity in Europe as we speak, and with no less than actor Taron Egerton poised to reprise his lead role as well.
With all other updates pending, the movie is officially releasing on June 16, 2017 with a plot centric on the story previously following a young troubled thief who etches his way up the ladder to becoming a top superspy for the British government. The films are based on the graphic novel work of Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons.
$400M is still the magic number–Fox has set KINGSMAN 2 for June 16, 2017 after the original grossed $413M worldwide.

Matthew Vaughn, who is currently on-board MGM’s I Am Pilgrim, is poised to begin filming in April next year before Egerton seuges into the lead role in Robin Hood: Origins for Sony.
