PEMUKIMAN SETAN Teaser Reveals Hellbound Peril In Charles Gozali’s New Indonesian Horror Thriller
If there’s one thing Indonesian horror has managed to do in the last 24 hours or so, it’s surprise me. As a genre space I hardly cover, I find myself compelled to start spotlighting some of these, and I’ll be happy to throw my proverbial hat in for Pemukiman Setan, the newest from Juara and Qodrat helmer Charles Gozali.
Alin, a woman who was a traumatized victim of family violence and economic hardship, followed three of her friends to rob a house that was said to contain many valuable antiques in a remote village.
Without them knowing, in that house there is a cursed secret that will threaten the safety of all their lives.
A preliminary poster that went viral on Instagram and YouTube a few weeks ago is what got my attention on this flick. The first official poster is avaialble below along with the official teaser from Rapi Films who will be releasing the chills and thrills in Janaury.
