Sadly none of it includes what happened at New York Comic Con since I couldn’t go but I had plenty to keep busy with. Universal Stating flatly for the record, I don’t give a single, fresh dump of cowshit about siding with anyone regarding the overprivileged douchecanoe beefery that has stemmed from Dwayne Johnson’s infamous Instagram post last August. I only care about one thing, and it’s the thriving franchise at Universal Pictures that is Fast And Furious and its future potential regarding spin-offs, and I’ve been more than pleased with the news about Johnson’s planned spin-off with franchise co-star and famed action hero Jason Staham with respect to the intial Fast saga from here on. Cinemax Announces Its 2018 Winter-Summer Line-Up

Apart from that, Cinemax has made official its forthcoming broadcast slate for 2018 with plot details and premiere dates. It’s gonna be an exciting Winter for television. Just two weeks out from its Netflix premiere, Jeremy Rush’s Wheelman has a brand new trailer now online. The film is poised for an October 20 release with actor Frank Grillo front and center who has been keeping busy with this as one of several films he’ll be appearing in within the coming months. The wheelman is Grillo – a getaway driver thrust into a high stakes race-to-survive after a bank robbery goes terribly wrong. EuropaCorp Rebounds, Announces Action Thiller ANNA For Fall Production

Luc Besson hit it big with box office numbers upwards of over $460 million in 2014 with sci-fi thriller, Lucy. Sadly, his latest effort with French novel adaptation, Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets never panned out in the same capacity. The certainly had its ambitions upon releasing this summer, although they weren’t enough with EuropaCorp ultimately inclined to restrategize in the wake of big losses in the past financial year and scale down its TV and film slate. Thus, the syllabus currently includes Besson’s newest action thriller, Anna, following a co-production deal exclusively reported at Variety which is now set to go before cameras next month. My first venture into German martial arts action cinema was a groundbreaking low-budget 2005 feature from Johannes Jaeger titled Kampfansage: Der Letzte Schuler. It was a narrative extension from an earlier shortfilm – one among many which opened my eyes at the time to Europe’s talent pool of online film and stunt creatives in the early two-thousandsies, and it has been a continuing pleasure to see this millieu flourish and evolve from its humble beginnings, eventually sprouting groups like Reel Deal Action as early as 2012. I’m probably not the only blogger to have affirmed and re-affirmed exactly how befitting actor Dave Bautista has grown toward acting since getting his start in wrestling. He’s certainly worked his way up well into the mainstream and having performed a number of roles to showcase his versatility, STX has evidently taken notice. Thus, the independent studio has reportedly closed a deal to partner with the Marvel Cinematic Universe actor and co-star of Guardians Of The Galaxy and its 2017 sequel to develop an action comedy franchise in which he will star as well as produce. New Line Cinema Comic book creator and regular social media art tutor Todd McFarlane made some dreams come true over the summer when he officiated his R-rated Spawn reboot with Blumhouse.
