SLUG STREET SCRAPPERS 4: GOODBYE GODDESS Gets A Release Date
Lest you forget, the fourth and final installment of the popular online shortfilm series, Slug Street Scrappers 4: Goodbye Goddess is well on its way to completion and poised for a July 18 release. The new film only reunites a handful of characters this time around since the series began its evolution around 2009/2010, but the most recent trailer which aired late last year already assures what looks to be a promising send-off for a highly epic, spectacular and action packed indie webseries featuring some of the most talented performers today.
SYNOPSIS:
The final battle has begun. During a short calm amongst the chaos, the few remaining Scrappers on Slug Street decide to pull together in a last-ditch effort to change their fate.
“Slug Street Scrappers 4: Goodbye Goddess” takes place months after the events of the original “Slug Street Scrappers” and it’s sequels “Slug Street Scrappers 2: Rise of Ryuken” and “Slug Street Scrappers 3: Beat Em Up”. The series is inspired by the beat em up games of the early 1990’s, more specifically the “Streets of Rage / Bare Knuckle” series.
