Dan Casey (Secrets Of Fenville, The Death Of Michael Smith) is poised to make his next directorial move on action thriller, Heroine. Monday’s report at THR lists actor Winston Duke (Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War) will star in the film now currently set to shoot in the Spring. According to the report, Heroine foresees the story of a mother, a domestic abuse survivor who finds herself in danger when she witness an Aryan gang kidapping only after just moving into her new neighborhood. It appears some parents dissenting over their young children not being able to endulge in a kid-friendly version of a hard-etched R-rated film may be getting their wish with Deadline reporting that Deadpool 2 is getting a PG-13 theatrical re-release on December 21. The film was released on May 18 on screens nationwide from 20th Century Fox, sitting stunt multi-hyphenate and filmmaker David Leitch in the director’s chair.
